Are you dreaming of a wedding that is simple but elegant, with a laid-back, natural style? Let us help organize many of the important details you'll need for your event.

Our venue rental package provides access to the farm over the full weekend, with your rental period beginning on the Friday and concluding on the Sunday.

With this package, you can truly enjoy the moment while we work with you to ensure that you have everything you need and take care of the full set-up and pack-up of these items.

Venue Rental Package Inclusions

Ceremony and Reception for up to 80 guests

• Ceremony site on the farm or at the lookout

• Arbour and bench ceremony seating for guests

• Vintage signing table and chair

• Venue coordinator from Dolan Creek Farm available throughout your event to take care of set-up and take-down, vendor coordination, and to oversee the flow of the day

• Our "Something Bloom" ceremony and reception florals

• Use of our post-and-beam barn, complete with string lighting and "fairy light" lanterns

• Use of the event pasture with overhead string lighting for your reception

• A 16x20 foot dance floor in the barn

• Wine barrel podium for speeches

• Wood wine barrel bar and large galvanized tub for chilling beverages

• Cake/dessert table

• Vintage gift table, with antique iron "birdcage" for gift envelopes
